offers two levels of support: |
| Standard Support:
9:00 AM-5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, excluding statutory holidays
Premium Support: 24 hrs a day, seven days a week.
365 days a year
The first level of support will be provided remotely over the internet
or by phone. Onsite support will be provided on a case-by-case level |

Network Support:

| We also provide workstation
and network support for issues outside Clineo CMS which affect the
use of Clineo at an additional rate. This support covers your workstations,
notebooks, laptops, tablets, non-Clineo printers, routers, switches
as well as non-Clineo modems, hubs, and so on. |
Onsite
Standby Support: |
During the first month
of a new implementation we will make senior staff available onsite
during your business hours, to help you as you adapt to the system.
We offer these services as a supplement to the initial training. |
Maintenance: |
| All service packs, systems
updates are run automatically on a preset schedule that will not
interfere with normal clinic operations. |
Onsite
Standby Support: |
Upgrades are built into
the cost of the software and handled as a part of the regular maintenance
cycle. So unlike other systems, your system never becomes out of
date. |
