Clineo's scheduling module speeds and manages the flow of the patient through the clinic from scheduling the first appointment, to managing the course of the patient's visit in the clinic, to managing follow-up visits.

Swiping the patients OHIP card automatically fills in the new patient's form, reducing typing time and ensuring accuracy.

All staff members know at a glance where patients are at all times and what their status is. The focus is on care not chasing information or patients. The icons beside each scheduled patient indicate whether the patient has arrived, is seeing the nurse, is in with the doctor or has departed.

Billing

Clineo makes billing simple, so simple a physician can quickly bill at the end of each visit so all the billing is done when the last patient leaves. Of course billing can be left to staff to handle as well. And third party billing is equally quick and easy.

Clineo billing provides point and click ease-of-use and automated controls to reduce billing errors. OHIP billing is fully automated, no need to create and send disks.
